Friends and Flags Logo Contest!
Friends and Flags students are invited to contribute their original logos to the Friends and Flags Logo Contest which is open to students in the following categories.
K-3
Grades 4-6
Criteria:
1. Logos can be hand drawn, painted, or digital art.
2. Logos should reflect the theme of Friends and Flags Multi-cultural project.
3. Logos should be emailed as attachments to karen@www.friendsandflags.org together with an email that includes the students full name /age/grade /school /teacher name and postal address of the artist/ and Friends and Flags Circle.
4. Logos can be designed by individuals or pairs of children.
5. Deadline to email logo is November 30, 2001
How will winning logos be chosen and who are the judges?
1) Judges will choose winning logos based on creativity, effort, insight, thought, originality within each age category.
2) Judges will be made up of Friends and Flags Associates/Coordinators
3) Students and teachers will also have an opportunity to vote for their favorite logos in an online LOGO poll.
What are the prizes?
All logos will be placed in the Friends and Flags Art Gallery. Winning Logos will be exhibited with special ribbon Icon on the front page of the Friends and Flags Website. Winnners of the Logo Contest in each category will also receive additional prizes that will be mailed to the winning student at his/her school!
